Karin (Meyer) FRANKE

Karin Franke (Meyer), born on May 23, 1939, passed away peacefully at Ritz Lutheran Villa on November 26, 2025, at the age of 86. She was the daughter of the late Wilhelm and Erna Meyer. Karin was the beloved wife of Otwin Franke, who predeceased her, for 65 years. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Dirk (Karen), Oliver (predeceased by his wife Susanne), and Roger (Deborah), as well as her grandchildren, Katie (Blake), Haden (Ana), Amanda (Christopher), Sabrina, Samantha (Adam), Connor, and Alexander. A celebration of life service will be held at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, located at 430 Huron Street, Stratford, on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 11 a.m., followed by a reception. Memorial donations in Karin's memory may be made to the Stratford General Hospital Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, or the charity of one's choice.
