Harvey Everett COOTE

Harvey Everett Coote passed away peacefully on April 23, 2026, at the age of 80, surrounded by his loving family at Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth. Born in South Durham, Quebec, Harvey was the son of the late Everett and Eile Coote. He was a devoted husband to Doris Olive Coote, whom he married on December 24, 1965. Harvey was a proud father to Sheri, Nicki, Stacey, and Cory, and a cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. He is predeceased by his son-in-law Glen Mathers and brother-in-law Richard Turley. Harvey worked as a dairy farmer, in construction, and as a mechanic. He enjoyed restoring old trucks, camping, and snowmobiling. A memorial visitation will be held at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home on May 2, 2026, followed by a memorial service. Memorial donations can be made to Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth or Cancer Research.
