David Harry (Dave) Brenneman

David Harry Brenneman passed away on August 6, 2026, at Stratford Rotary Hospice, surrounded by his family and close friends. He was predeceased by his wife, Miriam Gaeler, in 2011. Mr. Brenneman is survived by his daughters, Jane Brenneman of Stratford and Lisa Brenneman of Picton, as well as his grandchildren, Eliza Beckett of Ottawa and Emily Beckett of Kitchener. He is also survived by his brother, Herb Brenneman, and his best friend, Dale Beckett. Throughout his career, Mr. Brenneman worked in the transportation industry and was a dedicated member of the Twin City Sertoma Club and the Cameron Heights Kiwanis Club, serving as president for several terms. He was an avid fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and the Kitchener Rangers, and enjoyed traveling with his wife and friends to various destinations, including the Caribbean, Hawaii, and Europe.
