Chris Mackey

The family of Chris Mackey of Stratford, Ontario, announces his passing on September 1, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on September 24, 1952, Chris is fondly remembered by family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He is predeceased by his parents, James and Ruth Mackey, and his brother, Matt Mackey. Chris is survived by his daughter, Amber Baker, of Yukon Territory; his brother, Brian Westman Mackey, of Stratford; and his significant other, Charlene Baker. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the Spruce Lodge Chapel, located at 643 W Gore St, Stratford, ON N5A1L4. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Parkinson Canada or Spruce Lodge, with the family choosing to support Parkinson Canada.
