Carolyn Mae STECHER

Carolyn Mae Stecher passed away on July 6, 2026, at the age of 90, surrounded by her loving family at Stratford General Hospital. Born in Windsor, Ontario, to the late Ross and Louise Goulin, Carolyn was a devoted mother to Kim and Jeff Stecher, and a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. She is also remembered by her sisters-in-law Eva Collison and Marilyn Stecher, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Carolyn was predeceased by her husband Adam, whom she married in 1956, and various cousins and brothers- and sisters-in-law. A former elementary school teacher, Carolyn enjoyed arts and crafts, and made significant donations to the Stratford Hospital Auxiliary. The family would like to thank the healthcare professionals at Stratford General Hospital for their care. A funeral service will be held at the W. G. Young Funeral Home in Stratford, with visitation and interment to follow.
