Francesco Mauro

Francesco Mauro, of Stouffville, Ontario, passed away on February 17, 2026, at the age of 86. He is survived by his wife, Aurora; his son, Frank; his siblings, Rosina, who was predeceased by her husband Leonardo, and Mario; his nieces, Lina and her husband Emilio, and Rosemary and her husband Doug; his nephew, Tony and his wife Carolyn; his grandchildren, Michael and his wife Andrea, Daniel and his wife Breeda, Robert and his wife Elizabeth, Matthew, Christopher and his wife Natalie, Rachael and her husband Nate, Brandy and her husband Julian, Nicholas, and Kate; his great-grandchildren, Mikaela, Marcus, Juliet, Michael, Everleigh, Adelynn, Vivienne, Max, Melina, Aurora, Gage, and Benny; and his caregiver, Maria. Francesco was predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Carolina Mauro; his siblings, Ercole and his wife Maria, and Esther; and his siblings-in-law, Gennaro, who was predeceased by his wife Franca, Luigi and his wife Claire, Mary and her husband Carmelo, and Frank. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Evergreen Hospice.
