Maria Michelina Pettorossi (nee Verrecchia)

Maria Michelina Pettorossi, nee Verrecchia, passed away peacefully at her home in Stoney Creek on August 13, 2026, at the age of 90, surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife of Angelo for 67 years and a loving mother to her children, including the late Fabio, Carmelina and Mike Laskowski, Andy and his late wife Donna. Maria is also survived by her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including Christina, Michael, Heather, Matthew, Michelle, Kody, Andrew, AJ, Emily, Gabriella, and Donovan. She was predeceased by her brother Orlando and his wife Anna, brother Nicola and his wife Delfina, brother-in-law Pasquale and his wife Maria, and brother-in-law Carmelo and his wife Antonietta. Maria will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and extended family. A visitation will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME.
