Lesley Anne Hibbert

Lesley Anne Hibbert of Stoney Creek, Ontario, passed away on September 22, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on March 5, 1957, she is remembered fondly by her family and friends for the joy she brought into their lives. Lesley Anne was predeceased by her brother, Sydney Potts, and her parents, Edna As and Sydney Potts Sr. She is survived by her daughters, Jaime Alves (Alex) and Danelle Warren (Daniel), as well as her beloved grandchildren, Natalie, Chloe, Harper, Easton, and Sloane. Lesley Anne's aunt, Mavis Weston, also mourns her loss. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages everyone to take a moment for themselves, perhaps by reading a book and enjoying a cup of tea in her memory. Her legacy of love and connection will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
