Jolanta JASON (Jokubynas)

Jolanta Jason (Jokubynas) passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 67. Born on October 11, 1958, in Hamilton, Ontario, she was the daughter of Jonas and Irena Jokubynas. Jolanta is survived by her siblings, Kristina and Paul (Christine); her family, Anita, Vidas, Skaidra, and Aras Puodziunas; and many dear friends, especially Joanne, who was like a sister. She was predeceased by her parents, Jonas and Irena Jokubynas. Memorial donations may be made to Jolanta's favorite charities, the Nature Conservancy of Canada or the Hamilton SPCA. Visitation will be held on March 28, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., immediately followed by a Celebration of Life gathering at 3:30 p.m. at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, Ontario.
