John ROSMUS

John Rosmus passed away in Hamilton, Ontario on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the age of 95. He was the beloved husband of Adeline (nee Habinski) Rosmus for 71 years. John was the beloved father of Joanne Panetta (Nicholas), John (predeceased by Sonya), Cathy Kubina (Joe), and Wally (Lynda). He was cherished grandfather of Amanda and Michael Colbear, Johnny Rosmus Jr., Syndey Rosmus, Fabian Allwood, Joey and Jess Kubina, Jennifer Kubina, Wally Rosmus Jr., Tyler Rosmus, Jade Humphrey, Kayden Rosmus, and Jenna Gottschalk, and great-grandfather of Gabriel Colbear, Angel and Adonis Rosmus, Joseph Kubina Jr., and Maya Rosmus. John was predeceased by his 15 siblings. A Family Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church with interment at Mountview Gardens. If desired, memorial contributions to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family. Arrangements were entrusted to Smith's Funeral Home, Stoney Creek.
