Gwen Bois

Gwen Bois passed away unexpectedly on July 3, 2026, at the age of 85, at the Hamilton General Hospital. She was the beloved wife of John for 65 years and a loving mother to Denise, wife of Jay. Gwen was a proud grandmother to Carrie, wife of Kory, and Taylor, wife of Mark, and a great-grandmother to Nash, Paisley, and Zach. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Maxine and many extended family members. Gwen was a dedicated volunteer with Meals on Wheels and enjoyed gardening. Her family would like to thank the staff at the Hamilton General Emergency Department for their care. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
