Albert De LUCA

Albert De Luca passed away on February 23, 2026, at the age of 58. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia; children, Jesse (Sophia) and Emily (Sinikan); and their dog, Jack. He was the son of Aldo and Lidia De Luca, and brother to Jane and Lido Allega, John and Lorraine De Luca, and Angela Trakas De Luca. Albert was also the uncle of Amanda (Michael) and Bianca, Lucas (Manisha) and Lorenzo, Madeleine (Cameron), Abigail, Jonathan, Jacqueline, Erica, and Alexa. Albert was the proud owner of Via Roma Marble & Tile Ltd., which he ran with his father for over 30 years. Visitation will be held at Smith's Funeral Home, 454 Highway No. 8, Stoney Creek, on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, 304 Highway 8, Stoney Creek, on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow. Memorial donations can be made to the Stoney Creek Community Food Bank and Hamilton Foundation for Student Success Nutrition Program.
