Maria "Mary" KOLDENHOF (nee Van De Wall)

Maria "Mary" Koldenhof, née Van De Wall, died peacefully at Hospice Niagara on August 16, 2026, at the age of 102. She was predeceased by her husband Hendrikus "Henk" (born 1970). She is survived by her son John (Merrilea) and by eight grandchildren and ten great‑grandchildren, as well as numerous extended family members. She was also the mother of the late Henk (Lyn) and the late Dick. Born in Arnhem, Netherlands, Maria immigrated to Canada and made her home in St. Davids. After working as a housekeeper, she founded Maple Leaf Fudge in Niagara on the Lake. Cremation has been completed, and a private committal will be held at St. David's Queenston United Church Cemetery.
