William Rafferty of St. Catharines, Ontario, passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 82. Born on February 17, 1944, he is survived by his wife, Betty Rafferty; his son, William Jr. (Elizabeth); and his brother, Frank (Margaret). He was predeceased by his son, David Rafferty. In honour of his memory, the family appreciates donations to the Greater Niagara Humane Society.
