Russell 'Russ' Edward PARKER

Russell 'Russ' Edward Parker passed away peacefully at his Henley House residence in St. Catharines on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the age of 83. He was the beloved husband of Arlene (nee O'Neil) and loving father of Lesley. Russ will be fondly remembered by his extended family and many lifelong friends. He was predeceased by his parents Stanley and Janet (nee Russell) Parker and sister Shirley Edgar. Born on July 14, 1942, Russ grew up in Port Colborne and Fonthill, Ontario. He is survived by his wife Arlene and daughter Lesley.
