Pietro (Peter) FRATANGELO

Pietro (Peter) Fratangelo passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the age of 76, surrounded by his family. He was predeceased by his parents, Nick and Richetta. Peter is survived by his sister, Lena (Ben) Grieco, and was a cherished uncle of Daniel (Alex), Stephanie, and Alex (Anna) Grieco. He was also a proud great-uncle of Florence, Oscar, and Preston. Peter is also survived by his nephew of Gino (Ann) Frado, and Concentina Lombardi, as well as his cousins and friends. Peter had a long career as a teacher, working for over 30 years at Lincoln S.S.B. Visitation will be held at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7th. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Alfred Roman Catholic Church at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7th, followed by entombment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In honour of Peter's memory, donations to the Niagara Health Foundation (Walker Family Cancer Centre) would be appreciated by the family.
