Margaret Starsiak

Margaret Starsiak, born on June 6, 1927, passed away on October 10, 2026. She is survived by her daughter Karen (Wayne) and her grandchildren, Christian, Christopher, and Kylie. Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Starsiak, as well as her parents, Franz Hafenrichter and Ottilie Hafenrichter. A funeral service was conducted on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home, located at 585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4Y1. Following the service, a burial took place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at 431 Queenston St, St. Catharines, ON L2P2Y3. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer Society, which they have chosen to support through the Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation.
