Constance "Connie" Anne WEASNER

Constance 'Connie' Anne Weasner passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in St. Catharines on February 17, 2026, at the age of 79. She is sadly missed by her husband Ed and children Jim (Michele) Weasner and Lorie (Ken) Ostromecki. She was also beloved Nanny to Chad (Jennifer), Trysta, Colby, Hunter, Noah, and Cooper, and Great-Nanny to Christian, Amina, Arianna, Koen, and Willow-Grace. Her sister Dawn Elvey also misses her. A funeral will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, February 24th, at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
