Betty Lou Atkinson McNULTY

Betty Lou Atkinson McNulty, born on April 28, 1931, in St. Catharines, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 4, 2026, at the age of 94. She was the beloved wife of 42 years of Joseph McNulty, who predeceased her in 1992, and Martin Swick, who predeceased her in 2010. Betty Lou was also predeceased by her parents, Whitney and Olive Atkinson, and her brother, Warren Atkinson. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Harry J. and Bonnie McNulty, Maureen and Nick Goetz, Denis and Sue McNulty, Chris and Pat McNulty, Bette-Jo Hughes and Bill Phelan, Kevin and Tracey McNulty, Patti McNulty and Glen Crozier, Ellen and Joe Phillip, Virginia McNulty and Brian Huffman, as well as her 26 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Henley House for their compassionate care of Betty Lou in her final years. Friends are invited to join the family at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines, for visitation on Sunday, March 8th, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. A private funeral service will take place at a later date.
