Barbara Maxine Mitchell passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026, at the age of 79. She was predeceased by her mother, Maxine Stover, and her father, Arthur Stover. Barbara was married to Billy Mitchell for over 50 years. She is survived by her siblings, Paul and David, as well as her nieces and nephews, Tommy, Tammy, David, Michael, Scott, and Jason. Barbara was also a proud great-aunt to Kaylen and Darrin, and will be remembered by her cousins, Brian, Susan, Sherry, and Renne. Cremation has taken place, and a private family service will be held at a later date.
