Barbara Doreen MOSKAL

Barbara Doreen Moskal passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on August 8, 2026, at the age of 94. She was the loved wife of the late John, who predeceased her in 1993. Barbara is survived by her loving children, Theresa Sheridan and her husband John Beskrovny, and Tom Moskal and his wife Susan, all of St. Catharines. She was the dearest Baba of William and Jeffrey, and Great Baba of Isla and Nora. Barbara was a devoted member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church and the Catholic Women's League, as well as the Myhrod Ukrainian Senior Group. After retiring from Sears, Barbara remained active in her community. The family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 6-8 p.m., with a funeral service to be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 11 a.m., followed by a Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions towards equipment for the St. Catharines General Hospital.
