Andrew James Frans passed away on August 13, 2026, at the age of 48. He was born in Grimsby, Ontario, on December 4, 1977. He is survived by his sons, Andrew and Kyle; his parents, Teo and Ena; his brothers, Daniel and Joseph; his sister, Anna; his brother‑in‑law, Andy; and his nephews, Hunter and Sawyer, as well as extended family and friends. He was predeceased by no one listed. Funeral arrangements are with Welland Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Center, 827 East Main St., Welland, ON. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at 95 Bunting Road, St. Catharines, with parking at Jeanne Sauvé French Immersion Public School.
