Elsa Teresa Maria WELKER

Elsa Teresa Maria Welker passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on January 23, 1958, in St. Catharines, Ontario, she was the beloved daughter of Giulio and Damia Pecci, both deceased. Elsa shared a beautiful life with her lifelong husband, Ken Welker, with whom she created countless memories throughout their nearly five decades together. She is survived by her loving children, Jennifer and Kendall, and their spouses Brandon and Kyle, who will forever carry her strength, love, and guidance in their hearts. She was the proud and adoring Nonna of her granddaughters, Scarlett and Stella. She is also survived by her devoted sister, Tina Passero, and her husband Peter. Elsa also cherished her many nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in her heart. She created wonderful memories with them over the years, memories they will carry with them always. Elsa was surrounded by deep and meaningful friendships, including her lifelong trio with Mary-Jo and Teresa, and her dear friend Kerry, who stood faithfully by her side until the very end. Elsa spent the last three years at Linhaven, where she was cared for with compassion.
