Murray Charles Griffith

Murray Charles Griffith passed away on July 23, 2026, at the age of 89. He was born on February 6, 1937, in Smiths Falls, Ontario. Murray was predeceased by his parents, William and Emily Griffith, and by his siblings Arnold (married to the late Lorrena), Raymond (married to the late Cathy), Shirley Rogers (married to the late Jim) and Gail Cousineau (married to the late Roger). He is survived by his wife, Roberta Griffith; his children, Bob, Sheila Summers (married to Gene) and Brian (married to Cathy); his grandchildren, Braden (married to Hailey), Jaaron, Devan, Adam (married to Melanie) and Chris (married to Kellie); his great‑grandchildren, Cole, Keira, Kelayna, Alex, Isac and Isobel; his sisters, Alice Palmer (married to the late John) and Isabel Davis (married to the late Dwayne); and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 95.
