Joan Barbara Blair

Joan Barbara Blair of Smiths Falls, Ontario, was born on October 8, 1936, and died on July 27, 2026, at the age of 89. She was predeceased by her parents, Smith and Jane "Jennie" Smith, her sister Sylvia McCallum (Allen), and her sister‑in‑law Isabel Hawkins (Bob). She is survived by her husband Ray Blair, her daughter Cathy (Brad), her grandchildren Nicole and Nathan, her great‑grandchildren Duncan and Lexie, her brother‑in‑law Jim Blair (Doreen), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made through donations to the Lanark Animal Welfare Society, the Broadview Nursing Home Activity Fund, the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation, or any charitable organization of the donor’s choice.
