James Ellwood Wells

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of James Ellwood Wells of Smiths Falls, Ontario, who departed this life on September 15, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on July 3, 1947, James was a beloved husband to Louise Wells and a devoted father to his children, Steven and Jeana. He cherished his granddaughter Kaylee and is survived by his sister Janie Ronan (Tom) and several siblings-in-law, including Gail Wells, Wendell, and Jean Kinch. James was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Jean Wells, and his brother Garry. A graveside service will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Wolford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
