Jack Code

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Jack Code of Smiths Falls, Ontario. Jack was born on September 13, 1942, and he passed away on October 24, 2026, at the age of 84. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Phyllis Code, and his brother-in-law, Jack Nicholson. Jack is survived by his close friend, Eleanor Hilton; his children, Chris Code (Christine) and Cindy Griffith (Ernie); and his grandchildren, Ashley Mornin (David), Amber Pook (Jason), Bethany Code, Justin Code (Cassandra), Mike Code, and Jonathan Code (Nikki). He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren, Fayth, Grace, Cynthia, Jordie, Alex, Morgan, Riley, Jaron, Elijah, Hayden, and Amelia; his sister, Susan (Glen); his children, Katherine, Shelly, Francis, and Steven; and his sister-in-law, Rhea. Additionally, he is survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and numerous great friends. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Pentecostal Church, located at 309 County Rd 29, Smiths Falls, ON K7A4S5. A reception will follow at the same location at 12:00 PM. In memory of Jack, donations to Diabetes Canada or to the Bethel Pentecostal Church would be appreciated.
