The family of Arron John McParlan of Smiths Falls, Ontario, announces his passing on October 2, 2026, at the age of 50. Born on November 19, 1975, Arron is remembered fondly by family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was predeceased by his parents, Gregory McParlan and Linda McParlan, as well as his stepmother, Sandra McParlan. Arron is survived by his brother, Jason (Sandy), and his beloved pet, Jack. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 95, located at 7 Main St E, Smiths Falls, ON K7A1A1. Donations to the Ottawa General Hospital (Critical Care Unit) or The Hospice Hub would be greatly appreciated.
