MYRTLE EVELYN McCUTCHEON

MYRTLE EVELYN McCUTCHEON passed away peacefully, with family by her side, at Dufferin Oaks on Sunday, April 12, 2026, in her 95th year, at the age of 94. She was the loving wife of the late Donald McCutcheon. Devoted mother of William and his wife Delma, and James and his wife Susan. Proud grandmother of Devon, Amanda and her husband Liam, and Katrina and her husband Draydon; and great-grandmother of Julius and Maeve. She was predeceased by her parents, Delmar and Hazel Stewart; and her sister, Ruth. She will be lovingly remembered by her extended family, friends and former students. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Warrior's Hall at the Shelburne Legion, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m., with a sharing of memories at 3:00 p.m. Spring interment at Shelburne Cemetery. If desired, donations to 4H Ontario, Dufferin Community Foundation – Mulmur Fund, Headwaters Health Care Foundation or Dufferin Oaks Auxiliary would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
