LARRY McLEOD

Larry McLeod passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 77. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Molly (nee Hetherington), and their son Andrew. He is also survived by his son-in-law, Amanda's husband, and his siblings, Anthony, Paul (UK), Jim, Chris, and Trevor. Additionally, he is survived by his close friends, Frank, Dave Gaunt, Dave Farrell, Paul, Roy, and Brian. Larry was a devoted teacher for 30 years at the Toronto Catholic District School Board, where he directed musical plays and taught various subjects. He was a fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, Montreal Canadiens, and Minnesota Vikings, and enjoyed collecting movies and documentaries on DVD, Blu-Ray, and 4K Ultra HD discs. A visitation will be held at Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Ave. East in Scarborough, on Thursday, February 26th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3256 Sheppard Ave. East on Friday, February 27th at 11 a.m., followed by a reception.
