JOHN "ALLAN" SWAN

John 'Allan' Swan passed away on July 24, 2026, at the age of 91, surrounded by love. He was predeceased by his wife Shirley, daughter Virginia, and daughter-in-law Sabine. Allan is lovingly remembered by his son David and daughter-in-law Christine, grandchildren Megan, Ross, Darren, and Trevor, and great-grandchildren Jacob and Maxwell. A surveyor by career, Allan had a passion for photography, trains, and the outdoors. He will be remembered for his gentle nature and devotion to family, Scouting, and his Masonic Lodge. The family thanks the staff of SHN and RSBL for their care. Visitation will be held on August 4, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Highland Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service on August 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. and interment at Highland Memory Gardens.
