DONALD ALAN SKINNER

DONALD ALAN SKINNER passed away peacefully on February 28, 2026, in Scarborough, Ontario, at the age of 95. He was the beloved husband of the late Doreen Gloria Skinner, who predeceased him on February 2, 2022. Donald was the father of Janice, Kevin, Alan, and the late Michael, who predeceased him on March 3, 2017, and father-in-law to Mark, Anne, and Ara. He was a proud grandfather of Huntere, Marena, and Emerson, and great-grandfather to Maeyve. Donald was born on July 11, 1930, in Walthamstow, England. After serving in His Majesty's Armed Forces and apprenticing as a telegraphist, Donald arrived in Canada in 1954. He enjoyed working at Canadian Pacific Telegraphs, Shell Canada Limited, and the Canada Revenue Agency. Retiring in 1990, Donald enjoyed the family cottage near Picton, Ontario, travel, and his home machine shop. The family would like to thank Ina Grafton Gage Home for three years of loving care. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
