William Dennis Rawson

William Dennis Rawson passed away peacefully with family by his side on May 6, 2026, at the age of 74. He was the beloved husband of Joyce Rawson for nearly 14 years. Dennis was a loving father of Jason and Sean, and a proud stepfather of Robert and Matthew. He was a cherished grandfather of Sheldon, Keely, Alexander, Logan, Carter, Zoey, and Mackenzie. Dennis was predeceased by his parents, Clifford and Ruby Rawson, his brother Donald, and his cousin Marlene. A service of remembrance will be held at Grace United Church on Saturday, May 16 at 1:00 p.m. The ashes will be disbursed at the mouth of the St. Clair River, at the lighthouse, where Dennis and Joyce got married. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dennis' memory may be made to the St. Joseph Hospice.
