He was the son of Gina McMahon and Gerald Smale and was survived by his siblings Garnet Sossi and Amanda, his nieces and nephews Myles Sossi, Cheyenne, Ashton Jr., Noah and Christopher, as well as his aunts and uncles Monica, Carolyn, Paula Sossi, Carlo and Dino So.
