Sarah "Anne" McGugan

Sarah 'Anne' McGugan (nee MacLachlan), of Alvinston, Ontario, passed away on May 9, 2026, at the age of 85. She was the beloved wife of Don McGugan for 58 years. Anne was a loving mother to her daughter Lynn, of Mebane, North Carolina, and her son Don (Lana) of Brights' Grove, Ontario. She was a loving grandmother to Rachel Clark, of Mebane, North Carolina, and Nolan and Clara McGugan of Brights' Grove. Anne is also survived by her brother Don McLachlan of Strathroy, Ontario, and her brother Angus (Connie) McLachlan of Guelph, Ontario, as well as her sister-in-law Margaret Rose Pegg of Dresden, Ontario, and her sister-in-law Violet (Jack) Fell of Lantzville, BC. She was predeceased by her parents, K. Gordon and Beatrice McLachlan, her brother Stuart, and her brother-in-law Allen Pegg. Anne is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
