Mark Alvin Junek

Mark Alvin Junek passed away on August 11, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on April 25, 1958, Mark was a devoted partner to Annet Shea for 25 years and a loving father to Brittany, stepfather to Colin and Jordan Shea, and grandfather to Owen and Austin Shea. He was predeceased by his parents, Alvin and Doreen, and is survived by his sisters, Candy Pollard and Cindy Lacourse, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mark had a successful career as a truck parts salesman in Calgary before moving back to Sarnia in 2019. The family is grateful for the care and compassion provided by the doctors and nurses at Bluewater Health. As per Mark's wishes, there will be no memorial services.
