Marion Fern Simpson

Marion Fern Simpson of Sarnia, Ontario, passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 98. She is survived by her beloved husband, Herbert Thomas Simpson, and her children: Robert Simpson, John Simpson (Sharon), Jane Courtemanche (Guy), Sharon Freele, and Susan Gallagher. Marion was the cherished daughter of Arthur Alexander Howe and Alice Fern Howe, and a loving sister to Kathleen Hunter (Lorne). She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, including Eric (Jessica) Simpson, Sarah (Shane) Simpson, Jessica (Jayden) Simpson, Thomas (Linda) Courtemanche, Michael (Amanda) Courtemanche, Christopher Courtemanche, Laurie, Ingrid, Peter, Steven, Shawn, and Jamie, as well as her great-grandchildren, Aria, Everly, Jack, Michelle, and Hunter. Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 PM, both at D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre Ltd.
