Joseph Stanislaus "Stan" MEADE

Joseph Stanislaus 'Stan' Meade passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Bluewater Health at the age of 80. He was the beloved husband of Nancy, loving father of Jacqueline Robitaille, and stepfather to Rosie Kavanagh, Tiahna Humphrey, Greggory Humphrey, Nicholas Humphrey, Steven Humphrey, and Patrick Humphrey. Stan was also the father-in-law of Priscilla O'Reilly. He will be loved and missed by 15 grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Stan was the treasured brother of Helen Dodds. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Gertrude Meade, his sister Cedella Houston, his brothers Jack Meade and Frank Meade, and his stepsons Duncan O'Reilly and Luke O'Reilly. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Stan's life will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Smith Funeral Home.
