Gregory Scott Williams

Gregory Scott Williams passed away on July 20, 2026, at the age of 64, while travelling in Florida. Born on January 12, 1962, in Sarnia, he is survived by his wife of 39 years, Lori Williams, and their children, Sara Olver and her husband Brandon, Carly Williams, and Jake Williams. He was a cherished grandfather to Noah and Lucas Olver. Greg is also survived by his brother, Michael Williams. He was predeceased by his parents, Clifford 'Tip' Williams and Shirley Williams. After dedicating 37 years to Shell Canada, Greg retired in 2017. He enjoyed golfing, was a proud member of Huron Oaks Golf Club, and was an avid Toronto Blue Jays fan. Greg loved travelling, with Aruba being his favourite destination. Family and friends will gather at Smith Funeral Home in Sarnia on August 9, 2026, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. A reception will be held at Huron Oaks Golf Club at 3:00 p.m. Donations may be made in his memory to a charity of choice.
