Douglas James Lyle ALLAN

Douglas James Lyle Allan passed away on July 28, 2026, at the age of 80. Born in Petrolia, Ontario, in 1946, he was a skilled carpenter who owned and operated his own business in Sarnia. Doug is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Phyllis Fraser and Wendie Leest, and their spouses, including David Leest, as well as his grandchildren, Garrett, Timothy, and Emma Fraser, and Lacey, Alexis, and Laura Leest. He is also fondly remembered by his extended family, friends, and neighbours. A private family service and interment will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local animal rescue or the Sarnia District Humane Society in memory of his beloved dogs, Zeus and Jessie. Arrangements have been entrusted to Smith Funeral Home.
