Doreen Steele

Doreen Ann Steele (nee Foster) passed away peacefully at Marshall Gowland Manor, surrounded by her loving family on April 10, 2026, at the age of 87. She was the beloved partner of 35 years to Richard Marcella and a loving mother to Julia Jones, Kathryn (Henri) Marchildon, Michael Steele, and Foster Steele. Doreen will be dearly missed by her cherished grandchildren: Brian (Becky) Weber, Brandon Weber, Trevor (Nikki) Weber, Brittany (Tyler) Whiteman, Jessie Marchildon, Jacob (Abigail) Marchildon, Zachary (Janelle) Marchildon, Taylor Steele (Jacob Marsh), and Alexandra Steele (Anthony Flanagan). She was also a proud great-grandmother to Owen and Addison Weber; Aubry Broderick, Sydney, and Priscilla Weber; Kasha and Kalina Weber; and Maxelle Marchildon. Doreen is survived by her dear brother Jim Foster and was predeceased by her brother Patrick Foster, her sister Gail Mattingley, her parents Stanley and Juanita Foster, and her husband George Steele.
