Cynthia Lee (VanDette) Brown

Cynthia Lee Brown (VanDette) of Corunna passed away peacefully on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the age of 68, after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born on September 27, 1957, to Leonard and Betty (McFarland). Cynthia was predeceased by her parents, Leonard and Betty, and her younger sister Susan. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Pat, and her children Jenny (Marc) Nead and Chris (Lindsay). She was a loving grandma to Jarron (Rylie), Amaree (Aaron), Haley, Josh, Lilly, Brynn, Ryerson, Paisley, and Koen, and a proud great-grandma to Zion and Willow, with three more on the way. She will be missed by her siblings Lisa (Roy) Timm and Mark (Robin) VanDette, as well as many special in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews, friends, and former colleagues.
