Coral "Dawn" Palmer

Coral 'Dawn' Palmer passed away peacefully on July 21, 2026, at the age of 91, surrounded by her loving family at Vision Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her parents, Fred and Pearl Prudence, and her sister, Darlene Phillips. Dawn is survived by her husband, Beverley Albert Palmer, and their children, Kim Gladwish and wife Karen, Penny Gladwish, John Palmer, Prudie Smith and spouse Martin Dziepak, and Tim Palmer and wife Linda. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Dr. Taryn Gladwish and husband Jim Gawron, Rachel Gladwish, Alex Palmer, Ryan Palmer and wife Mackenzie, and great-grandson Jaxx. Additionally, she is survived by her nieces and nephews, including Raymond Phillips and his late wife Eileen, Fred Phillips, and Rebecca Paiement and her husband Chris. Dawn was also a great-aunt to Jennifer Howe and her children, Jack and Oliver, and Rebecca's children, Nicholas, Beth, and Ben Paiement. A funeral service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, located at 1576 London Line in Sarnia, on July 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., with visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
