ALMA EVELYN STONEMAN

Alma Evelyn Stoneman passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 96. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Dorothy Stoneman, of Rosseau, Ontario. Alma was predeceased by her brothers, Harry and his wife Doris, and Errol. She is survived by her sister-in-law, June Stoneman. Alma was the beloved aunt of Marsha and her husband Alex, Cherrol and her late husband Michael, Mark, Kevin and his wife Annette, and Daphne and her husband Pat. She was also the great-aunt of Matthew and his wife Jennifer, Megan and her husband Kris, Nick and his wife Carolina, Emily and her husband Matthew, Andrew, Lyndsey and her husband Carl, Courtney, and Kristen. Alma was the great-great-aunt to Esperanza, Allejandro, Eric, Isla, Chloe, and Coby. She will be missed by her cousin Lori and her husband Dave, Erin and her husband Dennis, Elizabeth and her husband Kai, Aiden, Connor, and Ethan. The family wishes to thank the staff at Christie Gardens for their care and compassion. A service of remembrance will be held at Church of the Redeemer, located at 162 Bloor St. W., Toronto, on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11 a.m.
