Mabel Pearl TAIT

Mabel Pearl Tait passed away on May 22, 2026, at the age of 90, in her home surrounded by her family. She spent her winters in St Catharines, Ontario, and summers at the family cottage in Silver Bay, Port Colborne, Ontario. Mabel worked as a Bell Telephone Operator in Ridgeway and later as a Switchboard Operator at the St Catharines General Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents, Daniel and Alta Climenhaga, and her siblings, Geraldine Bailey, Audrey Trefry, Arden Climenhaga, and Orpha Dyck. Mabel is survived by her brother, Orville Climenhaga, and her husband of almost 70 years, Robert. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Williams Funeral Services.
