Bruce "Barney" EVERETT

Bruce 'Barney' Everett passed away peacefully at Douglas Memorial Hospital on March 30, 2026, at the age of 95. He was married to Norma Everett (Vance) for 76 years. He was the loved father of Shirley Wood, Dan (Brenda) Everett, Sue (Jim) Robb, Mark (Barb) Everett, and Barb (Jack) Reinhardt. He was grandpa to Jennifer Wood, Jason (Tracy) Wood, Krista (Steve) Gelanyi, Adam (Meghan) Everett, Kelly Deguire, Carl (Ruthann) Robb, Melanie (Steve) Stanley, Lindsay (Gregg) McGhee, Curtis (Alicia) Robb, Philip Everett, Aaron Everett, Bradley (Natalie) Reinhardt, Andrew (Rachel) Reinhardt, and Chad (Danielle) Eden. He was great-grandpa to Chaz, Josh (Glenna), Leah, Kory, Kyle, Isaac, Matthew, Paige, Seth, Dakota, Parker, Elijah, Violet, Charlotte, Evelyn, Elise, Lloyd, Meadow, Jacob, Eli, Micah, Wesley, Nathaniel, Isabella, Esmeralda, Blake, Bryce, Jackson, Addie, Evie, Quin, Peyton, and Sawyer. He was great-great-grandpa to Mason and Cameron. He was the beloved brother of Earl (Maureen) Everett, Elaine Winger, and Edith (John) Goulding. He was brother-in-law of Louise Everett, Eldora Everett, and Dale White. He was predeceased by his parents Leonard and Violet Everett; brothers Roy, Victor, Leslie, and Edward; sisters Olive (Andy) Lightheart and Carol White; and brother-in-law Wayne Winger. He was also predeceased by his granddaughter Carrie Wood and grandson Joey Eden. Bruce retired from John Deere in Welland, where he worked many years as an industrial electrician. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Williams Funeral Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
