Jose Racho Montenegro, born on April 25, 1941, passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 85. He is survived by his wife, Leonilia Dalida Montenegro; his sons, John William Montenegro and Edward William Montenegro; his siblings, Conching, Rhonda, Tony, Pelong, Doming, Peping, Ben, Paz, and Carlos; his pet, Luxey; and his nieces and nephews. Visitation was held at the Marshall Funeral Home in Richmond Hill. A Mass of Christian burial was held at the Our Lady Queen of the World Catholic Church, followed by a committal service at the Christ the King Cemetery.
