JAMIE DOUGLAS ANNETT

Jamie Douglas Annett passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 75. Born on May 5, 1950, he was predeceased by his mother, Nora Josephine Annett, and father, Douglas Rudyard Annett. He is lovingly remembered by his brother, Cam Annett, and sisters, Nora Murray and Carol Annett. Jamie was a devoted father to Derek Earle and Laura-Leigh McBurney, and grandfather to Ryan and Mason. His nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews remember him as a loving and generous uncle. Jamie maintained close ties to his family roots in Winnipeg and kept in touch with his extended family over the years. He grew up in Toronto and maintained lifelong friendships from his school days at John Ross Robertson Public School and Lawrence Park Collegiate. A Celebration of Life will be held later in the spring. Those wishing to make a donation in Jamie's memory may send it to St. Luke's Parish Catholic Church, Thornhill, Mackenzie Health, or a charitable organization of their choice.
