GRANT ADDISON MARSHALL

GRANT ADDISON MARSHALL passed away peacefully at his home, Delmanor, Richmond Hill, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the age of 92. He was the beloved husband of the late Leone (Parker) Marshall. Grant was the dearly loved Dad of Karen and her husband, Jim Sullivan, Toronto, and Drew Marshall, Orangeville. He was a loved grandpa and great-grandpa of Jack and his wife, Kirren (Virdee) Sullivan, and their daughter, Nora, Toronto; Kate Sullivan and her husband, Matthew Gottschling, Toronto; Joshua and his wife, Rebecca (Smith) Marshall, and their children, Elora, Hudson and Finn, Halifax, Nova Scotia; and Jessica and her husband, Mike Caverhill, and their son, Colter, Orangeville. Grant was the dear brother of Eleanor and her husband, Bill McIntosh, Mississauga, and the late Anne, and her husband, Roy Manser. He was a respected business owner and well-known community leader in Richmond Hill, with many contributions to the community, including the Richmond Hill Lions Club, Richmond Hill Ecumenical Homes and St. Matthews United Church. Visitation will be held at the MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, on Wednesday, April 8th from 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, April 9th, at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery, Richmond Hill. There will be a time of fellowship at the funeral home following the interment. Donations, if desired, to Mackenzie Health, Richmond Hill.
