ANITA BACHER

Anita Bacher passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 98. Born on July 14, 1927, in Germany, she immigrated to England during the war and later to Canada in the early 1950s, where she met and married her husband, Arthur. They had a daughter, Carin. Anita is survived by her daughter, Carin, as well as many nieces and nephews in Germany and Switzerland. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 23rd, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Marshall Funeral Home, located at 10366 Yonge in Richmond Hill. A service will take place on Tuesday, March 24th, at Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church, located at 10066 Yonge in Richmond Hill.
